I think I burned a bridge

Today I had the great pleasure of having a 20 minute chat support with Sony. From the beginning I told them the model number that I found for the pc as well as the fact that the user of the machine had deleted the driver for the network card and was not able to access the internet. So below is the actual chat session.

You can locate the Model # of the VAIO Desktop on a small label located on the front panel of the unit.

Kinda hard to...it has no network driver

this is crazy. Seriously are you kidding me. you know full well that only 15 minutes are given for free help. all i need is a driver. I have been a help technician for 10 years now. this is why our contract was changed to go with dell.thank you so much for no help at all. This has been the worse technical support chat i have ever been on. we have spend more than 15 mins wasting time with you not only misinterpreting the issue but running me around in circles with asinine answers. you suck and your company. thank you very much have a nice day.
